Menhaj will be the first to tell you that he didn't study film in collage. Instead, he learned through hands-on experience, finding his voice and perfecting his visual skills. His signature approach of blending music with dynamic camera movements has earned him numerous accolades, such as three Leo Awards, the Douglas Hickox Award for Best Debut Director, and the Best TV Movie award.
